Damage policy

UPS and Fed Ex shipments

Please do not refuse a damaged Fed Ex or UPS shipment.  Contact Turboprops within one week of receiving damaged merchandise.   Please provide the packing slip number, purchase order number, item number and description of the damage.  Please email an image of the damaged item to sales@turbopropsshop.com. Turboprops will initiate a damage claim with the carrier and will provide a replacement. Please call 877-798-8726 toll free to report any damage.

Truck shipments

Please have your receiver inspect all pallets and boxes prior to signing the receiving document.  If there is visible damage to the pallet, and/or boxes please make detailed notes on the receiving document prior to the trucker signing and leaving. Please do not refuse a damaged shipment.  Notify Turboprops immediately with the packing slip number, purchase order number,  items damaged.  Images may be emailed to sales@turbopropsshop.com. We will file a damage claim and provide a replacement. Please call 877-798-8726 toll free to report any damage.

Product returns

Please contact Turboprops prior to returning any product for return authorization.  Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns for items kept over one week.  Items must be in their original packing materials, unused and undamaged. Please be sure of your product selection prior to purchasing to minimize the need to return an item. The customer is responsible for the freight charges for the original shipment and the return shipment.  Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition we will issue a refund for the cost of the item in the same manner that payment was originally made.
